You Never Know What Might Happen on Blue Jersey Radio

by: Jeff Gardner

Fri Aug 10, 2007 at 10:02:23 PM EDT

Update: Pagan Pride. Chicken Blood. And a visit from #17. This episode is destined to be a classic:

Every Saturday morning at 10:30, Blue Jersey Radio streams LIVE with Trenton's latest buzz, interviews with newsmakers, and your stimulating calls. Who knows? - maybe this is the week Chris Christie calls in to explain lie-gate. Is that really the show you want to miss?

Well, maybe that's not so likely. But, either way, Jay and I would love to take your calls LIVE beginning Saturday at 10:30a.

Call us: (646) 652-2773

Listen Live

You can also surf our BlogTalkRadio page anytime to listen to our archived segments, like last week's show. Or our interview with Congressman Steve Rothman. Or when we sat down with DFA Chair Jim Dean.

These podcasts and more are just waiting to be downloaded to your iPod. What? You didn't know you could do that? Well - you can! Just subscribe here:

But remember - only LIVE callers get to hear themselves talk.

Call us!

Whitman and electoral votes (0.00 / 0)
Anyone see PoliticsNJ today? Christine Whitman comes out against a by-district split in North Carolina, yet favors a by-district split in New Jersey. Some Republicans in California are attempting to do it too.

I wrote about why it's not a good idea in select cases North Carolina, California or in any select cases. (It would only be fair if implemented across the board -- under which circumstance we should get rid of the Electoral College all together).

So guys, what's the status of the National Popular Vote legislation in New Jersey? I haven't heard a thing. You probably haven't either, but I can't call in to talk about this morning.

Interesting question (0.00 / 0)
I'll look into it - and, I have a great idea for a guest on the subject.

it's a terrible idea (0.00 / 0)
Congressional districts nationwide are totally gerrymandered.  It would be a step backwards.

And I say that even though my NJ2 would be a swing district!

I have to think of a witty signature about Frank LoBiondo
